@MattandGibzINC do some cardio.examples : Bike, Run, Walk, Jog. etc. you can alternate with these examples ive given. 30 minutes a day will do.

help!!! ive been doing alot of weight lifting and eating to become bigger. it worked great but im left with a muffin top that i want to kill. would this be the best way ?
